Impel
Impel (formerly known as SpinCar) presented us with a challenge: to not only create, design, and write a new website, but create an entirely new brand, including renaming the company. I strategized with UX Strategists to rename SpinCar to Impel, then worked closely with client stakeholders to craft new brand guidelines, including brand mission, values, voice, and tone. Then, I put those new guidelines into action, writing copy for multiple pages across the site.
Hanover Theatre
Hanover Theatre came to us needing an updated website to match the grandeur and modernity of their historic Worcester theatre. I conducted 20 hours of Subject Matter Expert interviews, then spent the remaining budgeted 80 hours crafting descriptive, enticing copy for their Support and About pages and subpages.
PTG Consulting
PTG Consulting needed updated messaging and a redesigned website to accurately match the quality of their offerings. Working closely with another copywriter, I wrote website copy for (the newly rebranded) PTG Consulting’s updated website. I conducted interviews with various client stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts, gaining a deep understanding of their services. I then crafted copy for service pages, brand pages, and more—under an extremely tight turnaround deadline.
